Born in the heart of Old Nice, Socca Chips® enriches the aperitif by drawing inspiration from a pillar of the culinary heritage of Nice: Socca, this thin pancake made from chickpea flour, golden over a wood fire and emblematic of the Mediterranean basin.

Our ambition: to take Socca on a journey while preserving its authenticity, its flavors and the conviviality of Nice in a thin, golden, crispy chip with a unique taste.

Made locally by Chef Luc Salsedo, near Nice, Socca Chips® showcases artisanal know-how, natural ingredients without additives, and production rooted in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Our products offer delicatessens, wine shops, concept stores, cafes, hotels, restaurants and gourmet shops a new aperitif that will surprise gourmets.
