The adventure begins in 2015
Mikael Cannier, Breton craftsman, creator of the company.
After ten years in the restaurant business as a cook, I created CROUSTY’BREIZH buckwheat crisps based on the observation that there were few aperitif biscuits with a real Breton identity.
Following the success of sales in the markets, I started going door to door with my traveling companion, my van filled with boxes of chips!
Today, we are a team of 4 employees and we produce more than a ton of crisps per week in an artisanal way in our workshops located in RETIERS (35).
