We work hand in hand with Breton millers who use French buckwheat, thus guaranteeing an authentic flavor. In addition, our chips are seasoned with carefully selected natural spices, without any preservatives or additives. Let yourself be seduced by their irresistible crunch and unique taste!

THE ADVENTURE BEGINS IN 2015!
Mikael Cannier, founder of the company and professional chef (10 years).
I created Crousty’Breizh (buckwheat chips) noticing that there were few salty biscuits with a real Breton identity for an aperitif!!!
I worked on the recipe in my kitchen for almost a year before launching on the markets in 2015. I started from scratch!
Following the success of sales in the markets, I started going door to door with my traveling companion, my van filled with boxes of chips!
Today, we are developing throughout France and Europe, we are a team of 3 people, we make more than 2 tonnes of chips per week in our workshops located in Retiers near Rennes.
A beautiful, juicy adventure!!!
