Farmers for several generations, we produce potatoes using sustainable agriculture in the North of France, in Sercus.
At the beginning of 2023, we launched into the production of artisanal chips in order to diversify and upgrade our potato production.
To make our chips, we use quality French ingredients: potatoes produced in Sercus, sunflower oil and salt from the Ile de Ré.
For cooking, we use an artisanal process: cooking in a cauldron... This cooking allows us to offer these chips with a good fried taste, large, thick and so crispy...
The particularity of these chips is that they are less fatty (25.5%) and less salty (0.4%).
