Bamboo Chasaku - Matcha Tea Spatula

This bamboo spoon is used in the traditional tea ceremony to measure matcha. A chashaku filled with matcha contains about 1 gram, it is recommended to put 2 grams of matcha for a serving of matcha tea, but according to your tastes you can start with 1 gram for a lighter drink. This spatula should not go in the dishwasher, use a cloth (ideally a little damp) to wipe it.
