The bamboo whisk is the most important accessory for preparing matcha tea. It is used in the traditional tea ceremony to mix matcha with water. Whisk your powder in hot (70°) or cold water, forming W's with your whisk until you get a nice foam. Once the mixture is satisfactory, it means that the powder is well deposited in the water, you can add your milk for a latte, your hot or cold water or your lemonade for example.
