Grape varieties: 100% Caladoc (mixed Grenache / Malbec) Alcohol content: 12.5% vol The nose is full of finesse with notes of grapefruit and lime zest. The mouth is full, notes of white cherry accompany an elegant finish. A quick reminder: Even in the shade it's hot, a bottle of fresh Grand Mar, some tomato / garlic / raw ham crostini, and voila: it's perfect!
