This bamboo spoon, or "Chashaku" in Japanese, will measure the ideal amount of matcha (approximately 2 grams) when filled to the maximum; practical for preparing your ceremonial matcha or latte. 🍵 ⭐️🎍This Chashaku is made entirely by hand with bamboo aged for 5 years using an ancestral method, which gives it a superb dark patina on the surface.   The patterns formed are thus all different, and therefore each Chashaku is unique.    1 serving = 1 scoop filled to the maximum.    Do not machine wash.    We wish you an excellent tasting. 💚
