Find the original and gourmet flavor of a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne in an original bottle signed Maxim's. Visual examination: the color is golden yellow with a slight effervescence. Olfactory examination: on the nose we find honey and flowers first, then it opens with notes of biscuit and caramel. Taste examination: the very balanced, very straight palate begins with a fairly supple attack. Then the freshness quickly takes over and carries the wine to the end. There are citrus notes. The finesse is linked to a beautiful concentration which makes it a wine of very high quality. The length in the mouth is impressive.
