Maxim’s has selected a Crémant de Bourgogne of Controlled Origin, the result of a skilful balanced blend of two of the most renowned grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, complemented by a touch of Aligoté and Gamay. Tasting Notes: Golden color, fine bubbles. Fruity nose with notes of white flowers. The palate offers delicate aromas of citrus and brioche. The finish is elegant, all in minerality. Combines with all types of dishes.
