Brass Blanc de Noir 2022 Dry

Blanc de Noir literally means "white from black" and means nothing more than a white wine made from dark grapes. The dark Pinot Noir grapes are simply pressed because the pulp is light. The white grape juice, also called must, is then processed further. This is how a white wine is made from red wine grapes, or in other words a Blanc de Noir. Pressed white and matured dry, the Brass Blanc der Noir unfolds a varied play of aromas on the palate. Fruity nuances of physalis and rhubarb are paired with spicy, slightly tart notes of bitter orange, ginger and Earl Gray. The taste profile is accompanied by a fine creaminess, which is due to the three-month yeast storage. A tasty and elegant palate flatterer at the same time.
