Messing Riesling Spätlese white wine

The location for our Riesling is the Lieserer Schlossberg. A top location in the heart of the Middle Moselle. The 400 million year old Devonian slate soil is extremely mineral-rich, rich in extracts and has sufficient stored water. Ideal conditions for good Riesling! In addition to its elegant minerality, the single-vineyard Riesling also impresses with its fruity bouquet of apricot, peach and spicy, slightly tart flavors. This makes it an ideal companion for spicy, hot Asian dishes, such as curry, tikka or kimchi.
