FINE LAVENDER HONEY

Lavender honey produced by our bees and harvested by the beekeeper Our apiary at Sault (84), Ideally located on the Albion plateau at an altitude of 920 meters, in the heart of 400 hectares of fine Lavender. Lavender Honey has a powerful taste, it acts as an antiseptic for the respiratory tract. It is a healing agent that works wonders on small wounds and insect bites. Gold in color, it becomes whitish when crystallizing. It is the honey traditionally used in the manufacture of nougat. Our Honey is raw, i.e. it is cold extracted, filtered and directly potted in order to preserve the enzymes, nutritional and medicinal properties of the nectar.
