Honey from New Caledonia

Harvested on the west coast of Grande Terre in Bourail, New Caledonia. Its flavors are warm and fruity (caramel and prunes). You will be seduced by its spicy note at the end of the mouth which reminds us of that of gingerbread. It is a liquid honey with rapid crystallization.
