PDO White Heather Honey from Corsica

Harvested in France, Haute-Corse, Balagne region. You will be seduced by its delicate taste of licorice and coconut caramel and cocoa flavors. This honey is harvested throughout the spring on vast expanses of maquis, from the sea to the mountains. We find all the complexity of the flowers of the maquis with mainly white heather, followed by maritime lavender and broom.
