Every one of these Farga variety trees has been cataloged and classified by the Taula del Sènia association and declared GIAHS by FAO (UNESCO). This EVOO comes from trees with at least 3.5m of the perimeter at a height of 1.3m at ground level. There are only 35 millennial olive trees, thus it’s an extremely limited edition.
