Hyldemjød / Elderflower Mead - 750ml

Our elderflower mead is Danish summer in a bottle. Elderflower is fresh, thirst quenching and summer sweet, both in taste and aroma the elderflower really comes out, and is the dominating trade in this mead. Even though the mead is sweet, it as a fine balance of freshness and fruity notes. This with the clear smell of elderflower makes a mead that comes together very nicely. For this mead, we use a mix of spring- and summer honey from our local area. A must-try for any dinner party as a welcoming drink or with a scoop of vanilla ice.
