Grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, the cherries take time to grow in the shade of jungle trees. The coffee is then harvested manually by small producers before being processed, pulped and then sorted. Thanks to the exceptional climatic conditions it enjoys, this coffee is considered a "unique vintage" for lovers and discoverers of great terroirs.
