Honey-coloured, this dry vintage rum surprises with the rounded osmosis it creates between the intensity of its aromas, the nobility of its spices and the depth of its flavors. Velvety, it reveals a nose with aromatic notes of vanilla, caramel and maple syrup enhanced by woody scents, tinged with macadamia. The finish is beautifully persistent and develops, for long periods of time, a peppery note that elegantly highlights the plurality of sensations conferred by its aging for 6 months in Cognac barrels.
