Bluníssima is the absolute superlative of Monte Bluna, only produced in the best years, when nature allows it and art succeeds. It comes from a vineyard with almost half a century, located in Arruda dos Vinhos and is the result of criteria and detail. It is the gift of the best selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the cellar and a smooth and generous maceration, fermentation and transformation, aimed at complexity, power, seduction and elegance. Bluníssima has a deep ruby ​​color, the aroma features ripe red fruit, forest and minty notes and pleasant hints of leather. Well-integrated wood bringing sweet and smoked spices, all set on a limestone background. In the mouth it is seductive and refined, with body and captivating freshness, structured, with robust but delicate tannins.
