This exceptional flour produced in Versailles since 1905 is a top-of-the-range whole wheat flour ideal for making wholemeal bread. To make a wholemeal bread, you will need to add our ''Super Froment'' white wheat flour, this will allow you, depending on your dosage, to make a more or less dark wholemeal bread. The expiry date is on the bottom of the packaging and will be at least more than 5 months after receipt.
