MIXED VIENNESE BREAD MIX - 1kg

This preparation will allow you to easily make sandwich bread or Viennese baguettes (recipe on the bag). By adding 10% to 20% of this preparation to any of our other homemade bread preparations, give your bread a soft side. The expiry date is on the underside of the packaging and will be at least more than 2 months after receipt.
