In appearance: middle-sized, bluish-green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive and fresh, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, light greenish-yellow color. The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with fruity notes. The aroma is high, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mild, silky, sweetish, with a fine fruity sourness and lingering finish. Brew tea with hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9-10 times. The effect is both relaxing and refreshing, cheering.
