«Hong Wang» («Red King») is a red tea from Guizhou province (Zunyi County). In appearance: large, curved, dark brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade. The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm and vivid, fruity-and-woody, with chocolate and berry notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity-floral. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, slightly astringent, with delicate berry sourness and refreshing finish. Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 8-9 times. «Guizhou Hong Wang» is an excellent choice for an emotional reboot in the afternoon - vibrant, aromatic, warming.
