Yongde Gaoshan Gushu Sheng Cha, 2018

«Ancient Trees of Youngde» was made in a small farm in the county of Lingcang from the first spring shoots of wild tea trees. In appearance: large, greyish-brown flagella of twisted leaves. The aroma is calm, floral-herbaceous. The infusion is transparent with grapes hue. The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid and fresh, multifaceted, with notes of nuts and flowers, wood resins and forest mushrooms, herbs and green apples. The fragrance is fresh, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, silky, sweetish, with light fruity sourness, woody tartness and lingering finish. Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay.
