Zhou Li Bai Hao Yin Zhen

White tea «Zhouli Bai Hao Yin Zhen» («Silver Needles with white fur») from Zhouli tea farm (Wuyishan region, Fujian province), made in early spring of 2020. In appearance: thin, silvery-grey, pointed, hairy buds. The fragrance is restrained, spicy-floral. The liquor is transparent, with a light shade of white grapes. The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and airy, floral-herbaceous with hints of flaxseed, raspberry and peppermint. The fragrance is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky, sweetish, a bit spicy, with a fine berry sourness, minty coolness and lingering finish. Steep the tea in a hot water (80-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay.
