The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI "FAMIGLIA MUSSINI" 5 Gold Medals is obtained according to the method of our family tradition, using only selected grape musts, cooked over direct heat and then mixed with the best well-matured wine vinegar. It has a syrupy consistency, a dark, shiny color and a pleasantly sweet and sour flavor. Its balanced and aromatic taste recalls hints of plum and vanilla.
