The bamboo straw is the sustainable and reusable alternative to disposable straws, whether plastic, paper or food product! Made only of bamboo, they are completely biodegradable and compostable: their impact is minimal, especially since it is a resource that is quickly renewed. Our natural brushes are the ideal solution for cleaning your reusable straws. Composed of bamboo and coconut fiber, they are 100% compostable at the end of their life. Where and how are our bottle brushes made? The bamboo stalks are harvested around a small village in Vietnam, several families of which have become real specialists in bamboo straw and 100% natural bottle brush! No deforestation or forced cultivation (planting) has been done and the bamboo grows naturally without fertilizers or pesticides in the surrounding forests. It is collected with respect for the resource and its renewal. Our brushes are then handcrafted in this Vietnamese village in the immediate vicinity of the harvesting areas, by a small family business. The part that cleans is made of coconut fiber, the uneaten part of the coconut. - Rejection stems of bamboo and coconut fibers, consumer waste. - No glue or metal staples. Maintenance tips - Clean well before first use. - Allow to dry in the open air. - Store in a dry place. - Do not wash in the dishwasher. If necessary, if you wish to disinfect your brush, we recommend boiling water with white vinegar and salt (1 teaspoon for 30cl of water). Soak your bottle brush in it for 5 minutes then rinse it with lukewarm water. Finally, let it air dry.
