100% French bamboo straw

Finally a bamboo straw made in France and from French bamboo! Here is the local, sustainable and reusable alternative to disposable straws, whether they are plastic, paper or food product! 
Made only from bamboo, they are entirely biodegradable and compostable: their impact is minimal, especially since it is a resource that is quickly renewed. Each straw is unique because each stem is different in color and diameter and because our straws are handmade :) The straws have been tested and certified to respect international standards and the health of users. Our straws leave no taste in the mouth and do not change the taste of drinks. 
In addition, as bamboo does not conduct heat, they are also suitable for drinking hot drinks.    Where and how are our 100% French bamboo straws made? The bamboo stems are harvested in France and come from the maintenance of existing plots and gardens. 
This is a truly eco-responsible approach: no deforestation or forced cultivation (planting) has been done and the bamboo grows naturally without fertilizer or pesticides in the maintained plots.   Our straws are then manufactured in an artisanal manner in France in the immediate vicinity of the harvesting areas: - manual hollowing and sanding, - drying in ovens powered by the heat of an ironworks workshop next to the workshop! -disinfection using a steam bath for 20 minutes. Maintenance tips - Clean thoroughly before first use. -Wash in lukewarm water with a little soap and using a small bottle brush after each use. -Allow the straw to air dry. -Store in a dry place. -Dishwasher safe; then prefer the washing program without drying. If necessary, if you wish to disinfect your straw, we recommend boiling water with white vinegar and salt (1 teaspoon for 30cl of water). 
Dip your straw in it for 5 minutes then rinse it with lukewarm water.
