Discover the authentic terroir in the heart of the Andes. This mountain quinoa is grown on the slopes and at the foot of the mountains, between 4200 and 4800 meters above sea level. It is the ancestral Quechua cultivation method, harvested by hand, only 33% of the Land is cultivated, leaving the llamas to make the biodiversity of the soils bloom and the fallow to preserve them. This method allows us to preserve the nutritional values, the terroir and the sustainability for our producers. It is probably the most authentic Quinoa seed in the world.
