Predormyl Bio - Day & Night Action Restorative sleep

Synergistic combination of Tryptophan, Saffron and Spirulina.   Double action formula for natural regulation of metabolism, with a view to rebalancing the biological clock.   NIGHT ACTION: - Tryptophan is an essential amino acid precursor of melatonin which is particularly involved in sleep cycles, and of serotonin, which improves falling asleep.   Of plant origin, it is provided by sunflower seeds and spirulina. -Saffron has a positive influence on general well-being, promoting quality sleep.   ACTION DAY: - Spirulina, thanks to its numerous micronutrients, provides tone and vitality to resist fatigue. 
 2 capsules / day, with a glass of water.   Take between meals, 3 to 6 hours before bedtime.
