Organic Phytolinum - Plant essential Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids

Flaxseed Oil is one of the vegetable oils richest in essential fatty acids.   It contains Alpha-Linolenic Acid (AAL), precursor of the omega 3 family, as well as omega 6 and 9 (oleic acid), in an ideal balance.   ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels, a beneficial effect obtained by the daily consumption of 2 g of ALA.   2 capsules provide 500 mg of ALA, the rest being provided by a balanced diet. -Natural vitamin E (tocopherols) ensures better preservation of the oil. -Omega 3 of plant origin is a safe, more digestible and environmentally friendly alternative to fish omega 3.
