Nordic Chocolate 65% with Cranberry

The cranberry is a small, tart red berry that grows wild on the marches in northern Sweden. Our cranberries are raw-food dried with no added sugar to preserve their nutritional content and flavor. The acidity is balanced with the sweetness and pleasant astringency from the dark chocolate. This chocolate bar is a flavorful blend of cocoa beans from Jenny’s first collaboration in Ecuador and her latest project with local cocoa farmers in Nicaragua. Our chocolate is sustainably made in Umeå. The cooperatives are paid fairly and educated in fermentation and entrepreneurship.
