Ingredients: Sugar, ALMONDS (28%, origin FR or EU), Honey (26% weight of sweeteners, origin FR) Glucose syrup, PISTACHIOS (2%), Potato starch, Icing sugar, Unleavened bread (Water, starch, vegetable oil), EGG whites, natural Tahitian vanilla extract. Manufacturing method: Traditional cooking in a copper cauldron in the open air. Honey and glucose syrup are cooked in a cauldron, followed by egg whites followed by cooked sugar, almonds, pistachios and Tahitian vanilla.
