The berries were traditionally used by Japanese Ainu aboriginals as “the elixir of life”. We care about compounds haskap berries contain on each step: cultivation, harvesting and processing. We use modern drying technology that best preserves bioactive compounds and unique haskap color and flavor. Berries in the honey come from our own organic orchard at Kujawy that was set up on 2015.
