COMPLETE VINIFICATION Purple color with ruby ​​reflections, The first nose offers us aromas of wild berries.   Blackcurrant is king here, fresh and delicious.   The powdery notes of cocoa and licorice subtly combine with this fruit to compose a complex aromatic picture.   The attack is frank, round, with a beautiful melted tannic structure which allows it to improve over the years.   We find the fruity aromatic palette on the palate.   It reminds us of the blackcurrant jelly of our childhood.   The roasted notes of mokka mingle with a discreet camphorous framework, giving it this grain of character and its length on the palate.    This keeps up to 12 years Excellent with lamb.   For those with a sweet tooth, a dark chocolate and red fruit mousse should be a pleasant companion for this bottle.
