Salsiccia casereccia is a very lean traditional sausage with no added fat, made from pork loin. Its chew is firm and offers a good hold in the mouth. It is advisable to remove the skin from the salsiccia and cut it into thin slices. It is perfect for generous aperitifs, accompanied for example by Bella di Cerignola olives and Italian cheese. Salsiccia casereccia is gluten-free and is available in vacuum packaging of around 250 g with a shelf life of 6 months. Price per kg: €30 excl. VAT - Sold in packages of 5 pieces
