Charcuterie - Salsiccia casereccia with chili pepper and fennel (250g)

Salsiccia casereccia is a very lean traditional sausage with no added fat, made from pork loin. Its chew is firm and offers a good hold in the mouth. It is advisable to remove the skin from the salsiccia and cut it into thin slices. It is perfect for generous aperitifs, accompanied for example by Bella di Cerignola olives and Italian cheese.
