 This 2023 harvest is the densest we have achieved since our beginnings! 
Very favorable weather for our working conditions with sun and heat, an atmosphere of joy, because all the olive trees on our 3 plots were well stocked with olives.
 Our 2023 Vintage Capo Vincenzo is a pure marvel: natural, authentic, unfiltered and artisanal, a pure concentrate of our very healthy green olives, processed under our supervision every day after each picking in our latest generation mill.    A first and only cold extraction with the crushing of our olives carried out in a closed cycle upstream, so the olive paste is protected from air and external impurities.
 The land was very fertile, despite the heat and a lack of water, the olive trees were moderately loaded with very large and very healthy green olives.
 On the nose, our unfiltered artisanal extra virgin olive oil expresses a very strong freshness with always this slight tingle at the end of inspiration. 
The oil does not reveal a fruity olfactory bouquet, but herbaceous freshness, a vegetal sensation.
 On the other hand, the taste bouquet has a frank and powerful attack carried on the slightly peppery green grass. 
The bitterness and the heat are very present, these are the two irrefutable proofs of the quality of the olives and their daily processing: as the elders of Serracapriola say: if the olive oil is sweet then it is not good !
 Our oil is strong, powerful and persistent in the mouth, it reveals itself slowly leaving a sensation of vegetal freshness.
 Our extra virgin olive oil is produced only with olives from our olive groves in Serracapriola, in the natural and protected Gargano Park: a particularly fertile agricultural area in the north of the Puglia region.
 Our chemical analyzes “sample dated 10/13/2023” of our extra virgin olive oil are excellent: - a very low oleic acidity rate of 0.26%, which confirms the quality of our olives and their freshness before being crushed and processed. -a peroxide index of 3.4, also very low, confirming that our oil has not undergone oxidation during its production. -a number of polyphenols of 841 mg/KG, we are in the “very high” rank, this means that our oil is very loaded with anti-oxidants and therefore beneficial for our health.   Our 2023 Capo Vincenzo vintage will seduce you with its organoleptic qualities, its olfactory and taste bouquets.

 Traceability: Semi-manual harvest and processing of olives every day from October 9 to 30, 2023.   This sophisticated olive oil was made with Peranzana (80%) and Risciola (20%) olives on our Bocca Doro olive groves, in Serracapriola (Gargano, Puglia).
 Sold in packages of 15 bottles of 0.25L per box.
 Note: When using for the first time, turn the bottle upside down and flick downward to release the oil.
