Discover our Orrechiette Pugliesi typical of Puglia, handcrafted in Serracapriola (Italy). They are traditionally shaped with the thumb and take the shape of small ears, hence their name which means "little ears" in Italian. Orecchiette are hollow and rough, ideal for capturing sauce. These short pasta will be excellent for making orrechiettes alle cime di rape for example! The Amicis family has been making its artisanal pasta from durum wheat from the Gargano natural park since 1980 in Serracapriola (Italy). They offer a real artisanal pasta, produced with stone-hulled wheat semolina, drawn in bronze then dried at 26° using a traditional method: slow, horizontally and at low temperature. +Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to your pasta just before serving to intensify the flavors!
