A Tonda Iblea monocultivar with intense fruitiness and very present aromatic notes, in particular of green tomatoes and fresh almonds. All the flavors of Sicily concentrated in an olive oil that has won numerous awards from the Gambero Rosso and Slow Food. Origin: Sicily, Italy Taste profile: medium to intense green fruitiness, with notes of fresh almonds and tomato flesh. Balanced ardor and bitterness, nice long pepperiness in the mouth. Food pairing suggestions: pizzas, cold summer tomato soup, pasta filata cheeses (mozzarella, burrata), pasta alla Norma for a perfectly Sicilian touch.
