Quattrociocchi “Classico” extra virgin olive oil

An enveloping Italian extra virgin olive oil with sweet and vegetal notes, both fresh and round.   Classico is a blend of Italian varieties Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, a green fruity with ripe notes, ideal as an everyday oil.   Americo Quattrociocchi, the producer from the Lazio region (Rome), is rewarded each year by the famous guide Flos Olei for his work of excellence. 
 IN DETAIL Classico reveals subtle notes of ripe tomato, apple and banana on the nose, flanked by aromatic notes of basil, mint and parsley.   Velvety in texture, it is round and without bitterness with, on the palate, notes of celery and herbs.
