Organic onion soup

Description: Traditional French recipe. Thin slices of onions caramelized in butter, a touch of Port, garlic, thyme and the secret touch of OlivierM. Use: Delicious, au gratin in the oven with slices of bread and Gruyère, or simply reheated over low heat in a saucepan.
