This little pepper harvested in Colombia has a fruity flavor and a spiciness close to scotch bonnet (hot to scorching). You can use it in dishes that will allow it to rehydrate (ex: stews, sauces ...). If you don't want to stumble upon a chunk of chili, use an infuser when cooking. Like all peppers, the longer you let it simmer, the hotter it will be. Therefore, do not hesitate to taste your dish regularly to remove it when you have reached the strength you are looking for. For extra warmth, you can split it open.
