Dark Muscovado Sugar

Muscovado Dark sugar is natural, unrefined cane sugar. From Mauritius, it is distinguished by its very moist texture and its subtle notes of liquorice, a hint of caramel. Unlike most sugars, muscovado is not separated from its molasses; which gives it such a captivating fragrance. Excellent when paired with dark chocolate; it is wonderful in brownie and fruitcakes.
