Its high molasses content gives it a sweet and pronounced taste of licorice, maple syrup and caramel. This raw sugar is rich in vitamins (A, B3, B5, B6...)and mineral salts (potassium, magnesium, calcium). Very sensory, Muscovado sugar has a melting sand texture and sometimes crystallizes depending on temperature variations. HASthis exceptional sugar, we added real pieces of vanilla pods. As you know, we prioritize excellence for our vanilla, and each pod is carefully inspected before being offered to you. You may be wondering what happens to imperfect pods? Now you know! They are cut into pieces before joining our Muscovado sugar!
