Mild, sweet flavor. Short and easy germination. Method of preparation : " Soak 12 hours. " Germination time: 2 to 3 days in germ, 3 to 6 days in shoots and 10 to 12 days in grass. " Watering twice a day. Ideal for strengthening in the fall and spring or during the winter months. One tablespoon per day, to chew or add to meals and soups. The sprouts can be steamed or blanched in boiling water.
