PUMPKIN SEEDS demeter (5 kg)

Pumpkin seeds are very rich in proteins, minerals and trace elements (magnesium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, copper, potassium and calcium), and essential fatty acids. They are very popular for their delicate flavor. Toast the seeds in the oven at 180° for 5 minutes. Leave to cool and sprinkle over salads or vegetables. Roasted pumpkin seeds are also delicious for snacking with an aperitif.
