Rapeseed oil is nutritionally very balanced. Its slightly fragrant taste and its amber color will give a touch of subtlety to your dishes. Virgin rapeseed oil is characterized by its high content of oleic acid-omega 9 (59.6%), its very interesting ratio of both linoleic acid-omega 6 (20%) and linolenic acid-omega 3 (11%) equal to 2.2. It is a dietary oil whose epidemiological studies have confirmed the benefits on the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. Contains vitamin E, a natural antioxidant. This oil is used only in raw seasoning, do not heat.
