POLENTA INSTANT demeter (25 kg)

The pre-cooked instant polenta is of Italian origin and biodynamic agriculture. A short cooking of 5 minutes in water is enough, it is decorated with butter, cheese or tomato sauce. Venetian polenta: bring 1 liter of water+salt to a boil, add 50g of margarine, pour in 300g of semolina, stir briskly over high heat for 5 minutes until thickened. Spread the polenta on an oiled dish (1cm thick). Let cool. Cut into large cubes of the same size, place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated parmesan, brown for 5 minutes.
