COCONUT FLOWER SUGAR (5 kg)

Coconut blossom sugar is made from the sap of the coconut blossom. Its structure and use is similar to that of powdered sugar. This sugar is distinguished from others by its particularly low glycemic index. It is used as an alternative to white and brown sugars. Unlike white sugar, it retains a great sweetening power while providing many nutrients whose multiple benefits are recognized. To produce the sugar, the sap of the flowers is taken and then heated until it turns into sugar. Keep dry and at room temperature.
