
Buckwheat is the cereal of Eastern countries, powerfully remineralising. It contains all eight essential amino acids as well as plenty of magnesium and calcium. It is a gluten-free flour that does not rise when cooked. It is dotted with grey-brown, with a specific and slightly bitter flavor. It is incorporated into wheat flour and it is used to make cookies, blinis, noodles, pancakes and pancakes. Apple pancakes: 50g buckwheat flour, 50g spelled flour, 100ml milk, 1 tbsp. at s. of honey, 8g of yeast, 1 egg, 25g of melted butter. Mix and cook in an oiled frying pan.
